I've now engaged Matt and his team at Elders three times to sell my properties in the local area. Matt has exceeded my expectations every time. I have absolute confidence in Matt and his guidance. He and his team managed all facets of the sale - advertising, negotiation, liaising with solicitors, leaving very little to be done by me.
